We had a great time while staying at the Plantation at Fall Creek Resort in Branson. The staff member we spoke with was extremely friendly and provided us with some very helpful information about some of the more popular activities around Branson.

We reserved a non-smoking room, but when we arrived all that was available were smoking rooms. The staff was unfriendly and unsympathetic to our concerns. I will not go back!
