The Italianate-style Kineth House has three guest rooms, all with private baths and gas fireplaces. The Coupe-Gillespie House has one room with a private bath..the other two rooms take turns using a family-style private bath across the hall. The decor of guest rooms and parlors evoke the confident elegance of the Victorian era, with touches of simplicity and modernity. Other on-site amenities include an antique pump organ and symphonion in the front parlor, a sun porch, a VCR and cable in the video lounge, a reading room, and a game room.
